Article 1: Scope of Application
These regulations apply to all issues related to the registration and use of services such as Hosting, VPS, Server, Business Email, etc., between the service user and the service provider, Webbox. These regulations may change at any time without prior notice. We always publish the latest information at https://websitedesignvn.com.
Article 2: Definitions
In these regulations, the following terms are understood as explained below:
- “Party A” refers to the service provider Webbox, including Hosting/VPS/Server services.
- “Party B” refers to organizations, institutions, and individuals who have accepted these regulations and registered for services according to the procedures set by Webbox.
Article 3: Regulations on Using Hosting/VPS/Server
3.1. After providing management parameters for hosting to Party B, Party A is not responsible for the accuracy of the information from Party B’s hosting. Party A is not legally liable or liable for compensation to Party B or any third party for direct, indirect, accidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or reputation arising from using Party A’s hosting products.
3.2. Party A is not responsible for any legal liability or compensation for data loss or damage stored on the Server. Party B must independently manage all customer information and passwords stored on Party A’s servers.
3.3. Party A does not limit bandwidth or capacity to support Party B’s optimal use of the service and avoid interruptions during operations. Party A prioritizes system stability and security. If Party B’s bandwidth or capacity usage affects system performance and stability, Party A will notify and review the situation case-by-case.
3.4. Party A reserves the right to suspend hosting services without refunding any fees in the following cases:
- Party B uses hosting for any illegal purposes, especially related to software copyright issues.
- Party B sends, links, or transfers illegal data that violates Vietnamese customs and laws.
- Party B stores or disseminates copyrighted data of others.
- Party B uses hosting to disrupt another hosting (website).
- Party B uses programs that deplete or overload system resources, such as causing CPU or memory overload.
- Party B uses hosting or account to illegally access other websites or affect other Party A customers.
- Party B fails to make payments on time.
3.5. Party B must securely maintain identification information, passwords, or other account-related details and immediately notify Party A of any unauthorized access or security breaches, including loss, theft, or exposure of passwords and other security information.
Article 4: Regulations on Using Business Email
4.1. After providing email management parameters to Party B, Party A is not responsible for the accuracy of the information from Party B’s email. Party A is not legally liable or liable for compensation to Party B or any third party for direct, indirect, accidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or reputation arising from using Party A’s email products.
4.2. Party A reserves the right to suspend email services without refunding any fees in the following cases:
- Party B uses email for any illegal purposes, especially related to software copyright issues.
- Party B sends, links, or transfers illegal data that violates Vietnamese customs and laws.
- Party B stores or disseminates copyrighted data of others.
- Party B uses email to disrupt another service.
- Party B uses programs that deplete or overload system resources, such as causing CPU or memory overload.
- Party B uses email or account to illegally access other emails or affect other Party A customers.
- Party B fails to make payments on time.
4.3. Party B must securely maintain identification information, passwords, or other account-related details and immediately notify Party A of any unauthorized access or security breaches, including loss, theft, or exposure of passwords and other security information.
4.4. Party B is responsible for the content of emails sent from their account.
Article 5: Payment
- The service user is responsible for paying the full amount on time.
- If payment is not made within 48 hours of registering the service, all registration information will become invalid.
- If payment is not made within the renewal period, the service will be suspended and reclaimed as per the regulations.
- Webbox is not responsible for any losses or damages arising from delayed payments.
- During the payment wait period, if the domain is registered to another party, Webbox is not responsible.
Article 6: Information Security
- The service user is responsible for their login name, password, maintaining password security, changing passwords, and updating information related to the registered service and account provided by Webbox.
- Webbox is not responsible for any losses or damages arising from the service user’s negligence leading to information disclosure.
Article 7: Suspension or Termination of Service
If we detect any violations of these regulations by any customer, we may unilaterally terminate the contract or immediately suspend all related services to that customer without prior notice. We will not be liable for any damages or refunds.
Article 8: Refund Policy
We commit to a 100% refund if the customer does not receive the expected quality of service (excluding domain services).
Article 9: Provider’s Responsibilities
Webbox will not be legally responsible or liable for any losses or damages if the service user does not comply with these regulations.
